Delivery in Toronto and Across North America
We have recently added the option for an upcoming delivery notification to be sent to the recipient's email address. Should you wish for the recipient to receive a notification of their upcoming gift basket delivery with a mention of a potential delivery delay, please include the email address before you add the basket to your cart.
The delivery notifications will not include details of the basket or the sender so it's still very much a surprise. The email notifications have been proven to be helpful in notifying the recipients to keep an eye out for the delivery. Unfortunately porch theft is common these days as couriers are dropping and going.
If no one is home to receive the gift, the courier will leave it on the recipient's porch or with a concierge.
SHIPPING COSTS & APPROXIMATE TRANSIT TIMES
All baskets are shipped ground service via Purolator, Canpar and UPS. Transit times and costs depend on delivery location. We offer real time competitive pricing for our customers through our website. Shipping times are no longer guaranteed by shipping companies and delays are more common these days.
Shipping times range from 1-business day in Ontario to 5-business days to British Columbia and 7-business days to Newfoundland. Shipping to rural address is possible; however, additional shipping time and costs will apply.

ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS
Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be processed the following business day. Please consider this when selecting your preferred delivery date along with the shipping method. Orders will not be processed on weekends.
Should you order come through on a Friday afternoon or weekend, it won't be processed until Monday.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
Once your order has been processed a shipping label is prepared. You will receive an automated email from us containing a tracking number. If you don't receive this email, please email us.
If you ordered the basket well in advance of the delivery date, you will receive the shipping update email with the tracking number as soon as the basket is processed for shipping. The basket will not be shipped until closer to the date.

Packaging
As a conscientious company, we prefer to reduce waste and unnecessary packing material. We are going for a clean, bright, simplistic look.
All gift baskets are presented in a reusable white market tray. A small amount of recyclable packing paper is used as stuffing. The market tray is a clean looking tray that can be re-used to house office supplies, etc. A small amount of white paper sizzle is used for decoration. The basket is enclosed with a food-approved clear gift bag and the bag is sealed with a nice bright bow.
Baskets are packaged in a brown shipping box with shipping paper and material. Nothing is included in the box in regards to the order or payment information.
