In accordance with health and safety regulations, we do not exchange or accept returns on food products.   All food gift basket sales are final.

When ordering a gift basket from Jule's Baskets, you can expect the highest level of service, care and products.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at service@julesbasket.com and we will provide you with a discount, refund or exchange.

Please note that discounts, refunds or exchanges are only issued to the purchaser and all shipping charges are not refundable.
