Can I get a custom-made basket or design my own?

Absolutely! Custom baskets are available upon special request. If you're interested in purchasing a custom basket, please contact us to discuss your needs. View our custom orders page for more details.

Are all your products local and/or organic?

While not all of the products featured in Jule’s Baskets are local and/or organic, the majority are. My aim is to promote health and wellness by eliminating a lot of processed and refined foods from the equation. For example, choosing raw chocolate over processed chocolate.

Do you have special diet baskets?

Of course!  This was one of the main reasons Jule’s Baskets came about.  You can find something for everyone with organic, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, vegan and kosher options.  Please contact us should you require a special diet basket to suite your needs.

Can I have my gift basket delivered directly to my door or the recipient's door?

At checkout, you can specify the mailing address you would like your gift basket to be delivered to. This way, you can have it delivered to your residence and personally give it to the recipient, or you can have it delivered right to their door for convenience.

Is there somewhere I can pick up my order?

Delivery is the most common option; however, you may arrange to have your gift baskets picked up.

How long after I place an order will my basket be ready?

Ordering your gift basket a week in advance is ideal, but I also offer a rush order option for deliveries in Toronto and the GTA which promises same day delivery when your order is received before 10:30am EST.Learn more about our delivery and shipping options here.

Will I receive a confirmation that the order was processed and the basket was delivered?

You will receive confirmation with a tracking number when it is shipped via Purolator.  If you don't receive an email from us with the tracking number, please email us.

You will receive an order confirmation with order details for baskets that are to be hand-delivered within the GTA. You won't be notified after the delivery unless the recipient isn't home to receive your delivery or there was an issue with delivery.

Can I specify delivery date?

Yes, you can specify your delivery date right in the online boutique before you add your basket to the shopping cart.  You may also specify additional shipping instructions in the notes section on the checkout page.

Can I include a customized greeting card?

Of course! All baskets come with our standard 'Enjoy' card. We also offer stylized greeting cards for every occasion. You’ll be able to add a greeting card to your order on the product page before adding the gift basket to your cart. It is recommended to add one of our stylized greeting card. It’s like the icing on the cake, the final touch!

The stylized greeting cards have a design on the front of the card, while the inside is blank for your own personal message.  The cards are approximately sized 3" x 5". If you do not choose to add one. Greeting card messages are printed on a professional laser jet printer.

What if I need to order a bulk quantity of gift baskets?

For our corporate clients who are buying large quantities of gift baskets at once, bulk discounts are available. Please contact contact us to discuss your needs.  Although, we do carry some big brands, many are local and mostly small companies and distributors.  Most of the products are hand-made, artisan, organic, freshly-made and socially responsible.  This is what makes Jule’s Baskets so great!  Because of this, we require more lead time for large orders.  We recommend bulk order submissions a minimum of 6-12 weeks prior to the desired delivery date.  This enables us to give our suppliers the necessary time to make their products and get their products to us.

Will any products be substituted?

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal value, quality or type.  We also may contact your to confirm the swap.

What method of payment can I use?

You can purchase with Visa, Mastercard or Paypal through the online boutique.  For custom or bulk orders, you can pay by cheque or EMT. Please email payment to accounting@juleslifestylecompany.com

What currency is listed?

All prices are listed and settled in Canadian dollars.

How much does shipping cost? Is it a flat rate?

Shipping prices vary on location and urgency. We have competitive rates for Purolator ground and ship across Canada! See here for more information on shipping and pricing.

Do you only ship locally or anywhere in Canada?

You can have your gift basket shipped locally or anywhere in Canada. For recipients living in Toronto and the GTA, gift baskets are hand-delivered by a messenger or courier. Otherwise, gift baskets are shipped via Purolator.  If sending via Purolator you can choose whether your basket arrives in a gift box instead.  (This may not apply to all gifts).

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, please contact service@julesbaskets.com with your order and details.  Please note that due to some remote locations the service may take longer or be have additional charges.

How much tax will I be charged?

Tax will be calculated by the applicable rates applicable for the province your gift is being delivered to.

      • 13% - Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador
      • 12% - British Columbia
      • 5% - Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut
What if I’m not satisfied with my order or something gets damaged during shipping?
